Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled session time, else we will have to charge you the full session fee.
We alway endeavor to be flexible and serve our customers and we trust you appreciate the need for our business to have such a policy.
